Is Buying Moon Properties Legitimate?

IS BUYING EXTRATERRESTRIAL PROPERTIES LEGITIMATE?

This question has been asked many times. Some say yes, some say no.

"So is it a yes or no?"

Some say that buying Extraterrestrial Properties is 100% legit, some say it is fake.

"So is it Fake or Real?"

Recently, some website offers to let you buy an acre of Mars, an acre of Moon or Venus or any other planet. And it offers cheap prices, too! And I think your logic will be this acre of land selling that cheap is actually because, hey, who will stay on Moon? Or Mars? Or sun or whatever? MEH, just buy it. I don't care. Who knows the future? Where 1 acre of land on the moon might worth a lot?

And you click the buy button.

DON'T BUY IT!\

And here is why you don't buy the property.

Firstly, Nasa doesn't approve it.

Wait back up. Its actually the WORLD don't approve it. ( Well parts of them, anyway )

In fact, The United Nations sponsored a International Space Law, called the Outer Space Treaty, formally the Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, had already forbid from people buying any extraterrestrial property, hence declaring that any extraterrestrial properties as "A Province of ALL mankind".

The Outer Space Treaty has over 100 countries signed, Including some of the top countries such as China, United States and more.

The ban of selling and owning Extraterrestrial Properties was enforced in 1967, to be specific, 27th January 1967, under the law of Outer Space Treaty. It states that it is forbidden for ANYONE to claim ANY of the extraterrestrial property.

AND, here are the countries that approved to the idea.

Green : Approved

Yellow : Signatories

Red : Non - Parties

Some of the website claims that you can buy the moon. Well, the truth is, because the website who sells the "properties" "thinks" that they can sell it, because the Outer Space Treaty mentioned COUNTRIES, but didn't mention private individuals of doing so. This is also one of the reason these websites have never been caught.

HOWEVER, article VI of this Treaty clearly states that "The activities of non-governmental entities in outer space, including the moon and other celestial bodies, shall require authorization and continuing supervision by the appropriate State Party to the Treaty.". And therefore, even though the Treaty doesn't mention Private Individuals, they still have to be authorized by governments.

BOOM!

BUYING EXTRATERRESTRIAL PROPERTIES HAS NEVER EVER BEEN LEGAL!!!!

Now you will be asking, hey, the deeds, they look real! You must be lying.

The deeds, you can create it. A fake one. Fake signature, fake certificate.

The point is, everything is fake.
